Unified Communication

NEC Philips is a leader in Unified Communication technology. In the beginning of 2007 NECP organization was split into two divisions: UC Products division and UC Solution division. UC Products division (Vendor House) is selling pre-defined solutions through channel partners. One of the most important key value points for the Vendor House is “easy to do business with” approach. To achieve this goal business processes like Partner Relationship Management, Pre-Sales and Sales Support have to be restructured and a new, integrated IT support for these process has to be developed.

Infoprojekt takes part in the construction of the new IT solution. The following diagram presents the business environment of the new IT system.

This IT solution is being developed on Microsoft platform, including MS SharePoint Server 2007, MS BizTalk 2006 and MS SQL Server 2005.
