Fixed Time/Fixed Price

This model is reducing costs and risk when the requirements and schedules of the project are well defined. The total cost and timeline of the development are agreed prior to the start of the project, and we select the most suitable development team and technologies to best fit the customer’s needs.

Time and Materials

This model is suitable for companies where requirements are not clearly defined, but an immediate access to resources is needed. It is usually applied to large projects where specifications are changing during the development process, so team size and project workloads may vary. To make the whole process easier, the customers pay a weekly/monthly development fee based on the composition and size of the project team.

Contracts

Infoprojekt can also bid for partial phases of a project on a fixed time/fixed price basis and the remaining parts on a time and material basis so as to meet customers' requirements in a flexible way.

The outsourcing service contracts are signed according to the different models of clients' selection. They guarantee the general terms and conditions, including those of confidentiality and transfer of intellectual property rights to the customer.
